Hi, I’m Dannyelle.
I support women who’ve been carrying far more than anyone sees.

For years I moved through life holding everyone else’s needs, trying to stay strong even when I was crumbling inside. My body spoke long before I knew how to listen.
When I finally turned inward, through art therapy, grounding practices, and mind–body healing, everything softened.

Now I guide women, especially mothers, back to that place inside themselves where relief, clarity, and inner steadiness live.

FAQ

What if I cannot attend the live workshop?

You will receive the full workshop replay so you can move through the healing at your own pace. Many women repeat the replay through the month and find it just as supportive. You can share your reflections through the members group space to have me offer further guidance like I do for the live attendees, or if you want the live personal support you can add on the optional 1:1 monthly session where we can book for a time that works for you. 

Do I need to be creative or artistic to join?

No. This work is not about skill or talent. It is about expression, emotional release, self-awareness, and connection. Every creative invitation is simple, accessible, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. You cannot do this wrong. It is not about the artistic outcome at all.

How much time do I need each month?

Most women spend 60 to 90 minutes in the workshop and another 30 to 60 minutes a week across the month with the creative invitations or journaling. You are always welcome to take it slower or move deeper when you feel called. This work adapts to your life, not the other way around.

What makes this membership therapeutic rather than self-care or creativity?

The Healing Canvas is rooted in art therapy principles, mind–body awareness, holistic counselling, and emotional processing. This is not about hobbies or surface-level self-care. It is a guided therapeutic experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system understanding, meaning-making, and reconnection to self.

What if I am going through a difficult season or feel emotionally fragile?

This membership was created for women who feel deeply and carry a lot. You will be met gently and without pressure. If you need to move slowly or skip parts of the month, that is completely okay. You are encouraged to honour your energy and capacity. This is a supportive space, not a performance space. If you need personalised support as you go the opptional add on is the best option for you as you receive a very dicounted rate when you add it to your membership.

Will I fall behind if life gets busy?

No. The Healing Canvas is intentionally cyclical. There is no falling behind. Every month is a new beginning, and each theme stands on its own. You move at your pace, with your rhythm, in your own season. Also all content remains in the membership for you to access for as long as you remain a member.

What is included each month?

You receive a 90 minute therapeutic workshop, creative invitations, reflection journals and soul notes, a supportive community space, and access to the growing therapeutic resource library. You also receive a full bonus bundle when joining this intake.

How long do I have access to the membership content?

You have full access for as long as your membership remains active. All replays and resources stay available to you inside the membership portal.

Is this membership suitable if I am already seeing a therapist or counsellor?

Yes, many members are supported by both. The Healing Canvas complements therapy beautifully by offering creative expression, mind–body awareness, and emotional processing between sessions. This space is not designed to replace clinical therapy and does not treat or diagnose conditions.

What if I want more personalised support?

You are welcome to add a monthly 40 minute one-to-one session for deeper therapeutic guidance. These sessions are usually valued at $100, and members can access them for $47 per month or $470 per year.

Can I cancel anytime?

The Healing Canvas is a 12 month therapeutic membership.
When you join, you are committing to the full 12 month experience so you can move through the depth of healing, support, and emotional reconnection the membership offers.

There are no cancellations or early exits during the 12 months, regardless of whether you choose monthly payments or the yearly option. Your access continues for the full 12 months, and you are welcome to choose whether you renew for another 12 month cycle once your year is complete.

This structure protects the integrity of the work, the safety of the container, and the therapeutic process you are stepping into.

What happens if my payment fails?

You will receive a reminder to update your details. Once your payment is processed, your access continues as normal. If you need support updating your payment method, I will help you through the process. If you need a different payment frequency I am open to working with your needs just reach out and ask.

Is this space confidential?

Yes, within the members space, it is not a private container but you share what you want or you can choose not to share, however this is where you gain deeper guidance and support from me for what you specifically need if you share I can help you a little deeper. Members are encouraged to honour and respect the privacy of every woman inside the community. The workshop replays also protect confidentiality by removing any personal shares. The add on option of a 1:1 monthly session is here for the things you want futher support and personal sessions that are totally confident.

I feel nervous about joining. Is that normal?

Yes, completely. Stepping into a space of healing and self-connection can feel vulnerable. Many women join with nerves and quickly feel the safety and gentleness of the container. If there is a quiet sense of yes inside you, this space is ready to welcome you.
