The Clarity & Support Call is a starting point for those who are considering support and want to understand what working together could look like. This conversation creates space to talk through what you’re currently navigating, what you’re hoping for support with, and what kind of guidance or care may be most appropriate for you at this time. It allows us to explore how my work may support you, and which pathway would best meet your needs. During the call, we’ll look at your current circumstances, the areas you’re seeking clarity or support around, and how different forms of support may serve you. From there, we can discuss suitable next steps, whether that’s 1:1 counselling or art therapy support, one of my programs, or another option that feels aligned. This call is designed to bring clarity, direction, and confidence around moving forward with support that fits your life and what you’re ready for. You don’t need to have clear goals or the right words beforehand. Many people book this call simply because they know something needs attention or support, and want guidance on where to begin. Booking & Cancellation Policies
1. Payment & Booking Policy Payment is required in full before the first session, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Payment plans (if applicable) must be set up before the first session and adhered to as agreed. Sessions are booked in advance based on availability and package selection. 2. Session Validity & Expiry All sessions within a package must be used within the designated timeframe of the package purchased. Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another package or person. Expired sessions will not be refunded. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session to be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If a client is late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited. 5. Refunds & Transfers Packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced. In exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency), a refund request may be considered at the discretion of the practitioner. Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared or split between multiple individuals. 6. Confidentiality & Client Responsibility All client information and session details are confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where legally required. Clients are responsible for their commitment to the program and must actively participate in sessions to gain the most benefit. 7. Practitioner Availability & Rights The practitioner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the client. The practitioner has the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is disrespectful, abusive, or does not adhere to the agreed terms. 8. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a package, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
