The Clarity & Support Call is a starting point for those who are considering support and want to understand what working together could look like. This conversation creates space to talk through what you’re currently navigating, what you’re hoping for support with, and what kind of guidance or care may be most appropriate for you at this time. It allows us to explore how my work may support you, and which pathway would best meet your needs. During the call, we’ll look at your current circumstances, the areas you’re seeking clarity or support around, and how different forms of support may serve you. From there, we can discuss suitable next steps, whether that’s 1:1 counselling or art therapy support, one of my programs, or another option that feels aligned. This call is designed to bring clarity, direction, and confidence around moving forward with support that fits your life and what you’re ready for. You don’t need to have clear goals or the right words beforehand. Many people book this call simply because they know something needs attention or support, and want guidance on where to begin. Booking & Cancellation Policies
Policies & Terms and Conditions Scope of Practice Reiki is a Japanese energy-based practice that works with the body’s subtle energy system, including the chakra system. Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace care provided by qualified medical or mental health professionals. Reiki sessions are intended to support overall energetic balance and regulation and may be used alongside other professional care. Consent & Touch Reiki may involve light, respectful touch or hands held just above the body. Touch is always optional and consent-based. You may request hands-off Reiki, changes in hand placement, positioning, or pacing at any time. You may also stop the session at any point if you feel uncomfortable or wish to end early. Confidentiality All personal information shared before or during your session is treated as confidential and handled with care. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. In-Home Session Environment Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space for the session. This includes: – A quiet area large enough for a massage table to be set up, with clear access and sufficient room to move comfortably around the entire table – A space located away from the general movement of the home and other occupants – Minimal interruptions for the duration of the session This is important both to support my ability to remain present and focused within the Reiki space, and to allow you to relax fully and receive the most from the session. The space must be clean, smoke-free, and safe. Sessions may be ended early if the environment does not meet these requirements. Payment Payment is required in full to confirm your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling – At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session – Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable – Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable Illness Please reschedule your session if you are experiencing a contagious illness. This supports safety and allows the session to be held when your body is more receptive. Travel In-home sessions are offered within agreed locations. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed prior to booking. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms.
