This activity is a mindful activity to help you taking time to be in mindful awareness, this is really important because it switches you out of the stress response into the relaxation response, which is really important for your health!

 

This activity is to help you prioritise this time to reset. It doesn't have to be time without the kids or without the family around, you can even include them! I did this activity myself while we were all at the creek for a swim and picnic.

 

This activity is also a great way to process or express emotions, thoughts and experiences, by the elements used and the shape and placement representing different aspect of what you are feeling, thinking or exereincing.

 

I have provided some steps to expanded on the experience and benefits as well.
