Not because you don’t lack motivation or ideas, but because something deeper is asking to be acknowledged first. When life is full, layered, or changing, clarity often doesn’t come from pushing forward. It comes from slowing down and listening inward.

This workshop offers a supportive space to do exactly that.

Vision & Goal Setting Through Creative Expression is a 1.5-hour therapeutic art experience where you’re invited to reconnect with your inner world and explore vision in a way that feels grounded, meaningful, and true to the season you’re in. From that place, goals can begin to form naturally, without pressure or force.
